How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours after purchased and delivered by DHL in 4 business days. We ship worldwide from Atlanta, Georgia.
We will email You the tracking number as soon as possible, typically within 2 days after shipping. All orders ship insured, directly to Your doorstep. You may need to sign for delivery upon arrival.

To place an order on the website, please follow these steps:
1. Ordering
You can place an order for this custom design directly on our website.
Please write Your custom design in the "Type Your Letters" customization box.
If You want to add a custom engraving on the back of this photo pendant, You can do so by clicking "Add Instructions For Seller'' after adding this item to cart.
After You have placed the order, our staff will immediately contact You via email.
2. CAD Design (1-2 days)
After 1-2 days, we will create a CAD design of Your custom design and send it to You via email. You can then adjust the CAD design and give us feedback unlimited times until You are happy with the design.
3. Manufacturing (2-3 weeks)
After You have confirmed the CAD design, we will start manufacturing Your custom item which usually takes 2-3 weeks. All custom items are handmade by our team of expert jewelers in Atlanta, Georgia.
4. Shipping & Delivery (4 days)
After the manufacturing is complete, we will send You a picture of the finished item and then ship it to Your provided address. All orders are delivered by DHL within 4 business days.
